Processing Time
Most Cardcastle items are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping service selected.

United States

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Cardcastle is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
